Quick inventory
You will love doing inventory. Trust the calculation of balances to employees in the establishment and check them in the admin panel. Poster will not only update the balances in the warehouse, but also take into account the surplus or shortage in P&L.
Control of purchasing prices
If you add an invoice to the system, you will see the preliminary purchase price and deviations from the norm.
Accounting in packaging
Add deliveries in boxes, packs and other packaging. When delivering milk in non-standard packaging of 950 ml, specify the number of packages, and Poster will calculate the price per 1 liter.
Import of supplies
Import supplier invoices from Excel with items, quantities and prices to quickly add supplies.
Write-off rules
If you have the same ingredients stored in different warehouses, set up rules for writing them off. For example, so that a lemon for a salad is written off from the Kitchen warehouse, and a lemon for cocktails is written off from the Bar warehouse.
Dismantling and processing act
If you buy whole carcasses of meat, fish or poultry, disassemble them into ingredients. And process existing warehouse stocks into new products: sugar - powdered sugar, bread - breadcrumbs.
Don't forget to buy goods on time
If you run out of coffee or soy milk, we will send you an email so that you can replenish the warehouse in time and not lose the order. For any ingredient, specify your limit, by which Poster will understand that the product is running out.

How often is information on warehouse balances updated?
The balance data is updated in real time. As soon as the establishment closes the check, the corresponding ingredients and goods are written off from the warehouse. Therefore, you can always check the balance in the admin panel or in the Poster Boss owner app and rely on the data for purchasing.
