How do I accept payments? - With TATIOSA, you can collect payments for direct online bookings at the time of booking and send payment requests to guests, which works for any booking via Armenian Payment Gateways, Stripe, Paypal, Authorize.Net, globalpayments, asiapay, pesopay, siampay, paydollar and Bitpay. If you use Stripe, you can even automatically collect pending payments and automatically charge credit cards sent from OTAs.
How can I communicate with guests? - TATIOSA allows you to automate your guest communications based on triggers and events. We provide a central inbox and messaging platform for Airbnb and Booking.com, as well as the ability to send emails to guests from your own email address or WhatsApp.
Can I accept bookings from my website? Our availability calendars, search widgets and booking page can be placed on any website. The widgets and booking page are fully customizable.
I don't have a website. Can I accept online bookings? - You don't need a website to use Channel Manager. For direct bookings, you can use your TATIOSA booking page as a website and direct customers to it via emails or links on other websites. If you have a Facebook page, you can accept online bookings directly on Facebook.
Do you charge for integration? - No. TATIOSA is designed as a self-service system. We do not charge any setup fees and you do the full setup yourself using the self-service tools and online help we provide.
